You don’t have to worry about the weather, or about the sport season. You get to train year round. And it doesn’t matter when you start. Because it is such an individual sport, you can choose to begin your journey at anytime. No waiting for the next season to start.

No matter what your fitness level, you have a place here. Everyone starts at the beginning and progresses at their own pace. That doesn’t mean it’s an easy workout though. Every class will leave you sweating and pushing your limits, and you will see results if you are consistent.

Participating in the adult classes will not only give you a great workout, but you will also develop long lasting friendships. As you come together to work towards a common goal, you’ll find yourself cheering on your classmates and they in turn will recognize your successes. With social distancing in place, there is nothing better than seeing a friendly face (even if it is masked).
How to Get Started
Here at Championship Martial Arts Utah we have adult classes three times a week. We have one night dedicated to self defense, one to cardio, and one to traditional karate. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome. You can start anytime, so come on in for a free class. It just might change your life!
